Halsey Hutchinson Senior Associate

Halsey Hutchinson, Senior Associate at NovaQuest Capital Management, has experience structuring and underwriting healthcare investments across a range of therapeutic areas and transaction types. She is responsible for due diligence, financial structuring, and post-close investment management for a wide variety of biopharma and animal health companies.

Prior to joining NovaQuest in 2026, Ms. Hutchinson worked at both OrbiMed, focusing on credit investments and royalty monetization, and at Pharmakon Advisors, where she structured and executed senior secured loans across the life sciences industry. Ms. Hutchinson began her career as an investment banking Analyst at Cowen in New York City, where she focused on M&A, debt, and equity transactions within the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and medical technology sectors.

Ms. Hutchinson earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Swarthmore College and received a certificate in Drug Discovery and Development from Harvard Medical School.
