Devin Holden Chief Compliance Officer

Devin Holden, Chief Compliance Officer at NovaQuest Capital Management, oversee all regulatory compliance activities. Ms. Holden brings extensive private fund operations and risk management experience and leads the firm’s robust compliance framework, aligned with applicable regulations and industry best practices.

Prior to joining NovaQuest in 2021, Ms. Holden served as the compliance specialist for Chartwell Investment Partners. Previously, Ms. Holden led the operational due diligence efforts at Hamilton Lane, a private markets investment management firm. Prior to that, Ms. Holden conducted operational due diligence at Strategic Investment Group. Ms. Holden began her career in the assurance practice at Ernst & Young.

Ms. Holden holds a BS in Accountancy from the Wake Forest University Schools of Business and MS in Accountancy from the Wake Forest University Schools of Business. She is a Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
