William Robb, MBA
Vice President, NovaQuest
 William Oliver Robb, Vice President of NovaQuest, specializes in structuring and negotiating risk-based services transactions. A founding member of PharmaBio Development, the Quintiles strategic investment group that has committed more than $1.5 billion in capital over the past five years, he has solidified project finance investments with many of the most influential pharmaceutical and biotech companies.
Prior to joining Quintiles in 2000, Mr. Robb was a healthcare industry consultant with The Wilkerson Group in New York. There, he focused on corporate strategy, market opportunity assessment, and merger and acquisition support. He led studies for multiple pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device companies, as well as major hospital systems and venture capital firms. Earlier in his career, he worked in strategic planning for Baxter Healthcare Corporation’s Renal Division and on World Bank and USAID public health projects in Dakar, Senegal.
Mr. Robb earned a bachelor’s degree in history from Princeton University before obtaining an MBA from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management. He concentrated his studies in corporate finance, strategy and the healthcare industry.
