Vice President, NovaQuest

Patrick Jordan serves as Global Head of Alliance Management for Quintiles Transnational and Vice President for NovaQuest.  In his Alliance Management role, Mr. Jordan oversees the execution of the company's strategic objectives for alliances, clinical and commercial partnerships, and key customer relationships.  Within NovaQuest, he specialized in developing risk-based transactions to assist pharma and biotech clinical and commercial endeavours, as these partners look for solutions that lower fixed costs and increase resource flexibility.  After leading transactions in the US office from 2003 to 2005, he took and assignment to the UK from 2005 to 2007 to advance the company's partnering strategy with European firms.

Patrick joined Quintiles in 1997 to lead sales and operations for Quintiles' patient recruitment division.  In 2000 he oversaw the development, sales and delivery of a line of patient data products at Verispan, a joint venture between Quintiles Transnational and McKesson Corporation.

Patrick earned his bachelor's degree from Duke University, a master's degree from the University of Durham, and an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
